Requirements

  • Should be able to travel across the region to deliver trainings & coaching sessions throughout the year based on a calendar that fits the business needs validated with referent from the Retail Education Department TREMEAI, referent of Conquest zone- Africa, Middle East and India Sub Continental
  • International Trainer should be able to understand training content and business needs, be able to train Beauty Advisors, Generic Staff and Promoters on all Beauty categories (Fragrances, Skincare, Make-up & haircare), be able to transmit knowledge on Brand heritage, essential knowledge, pillars, franchises and novelties in all L’Oreal Travel Retail Brands present in the Middle East Travel Retail
  • A very good category & product knowledge is required. As well as previous experience implementing training, monitoring KPIs and reporting and working in collaboration with other departments to engage Bas and develop markets with an impact on sales & Market Share.
  • Able to demonstrate "how to apply make-up" is needed to upskill BAs to accelerate on Makeup category
  • International Trainer will provide customer centric training, infused with local PAX & local business insights to help BAS boost sell-out
  • Should be able to fully organize & animate either face-to-face & digital trainings for the region, managing all projects from beginning to end in good collaboration with all counterparts
  • Should be able to transmit with passion, generosity and empathy while embodying perfectly the image of L’Oréal Group
  • Should be digital driven and engaged (able to use & animate the Beauty Advisors community on the L’Oreal Travel Retail e-learning platform: My Beauty Club)
  • Should be able to follow up, monitor and manage budget envelopes assigned, also to respect compliancy frame of the L’Oréal guidelines and standards when travelling and organizing trainings/events
  • Should be able to provide efficient shopfloor one to one coaching to selected BAs, to upgrade the customer experience & to maximize sell-out
  • Coaching covering topics such as services, link-selling, cross-selling..etc
  • A good knowledge and active communication of the Beauty Market and consumer insights, a great business mindset & collaborative team spirit is required
  • International Trainer should be able to understand all Travel Retail business priorities given by the HQ and working collaboratively with the field managers, while being able to adapt them to local specificities
  • Should know Travel Retail Market in the region to give constant feedbacks & reports to Retail Education department & commercial team using RED reporting tools (on Training KPIs, Bas progress, consumer insights, PAX nationalities, retail experience, competitor’s insights...) to upgrade retail education excellence
  • Should be able to follow education effectiveness & provide clear and relevant training reports to Retail Education Manager
  • Organizing best in class training events
  • Negotiation with suppliers - hotels, agencies, extras
  • Managing the travel for the BAs in the scope
  • Support our seminars - International Travel Retail Seminars
