- As the Graduate in our team, you will play a key role in accelerating the pace of our global and multidisciplinary transformation to become THE market leading reinsurance solutions provider.
- By working directly with the sales and product teams, you will additionally broaden your knowledge around our specialties: Insurtech, Risk modelling, Property & Casualty insurance, Risk data analytics, Life insurance, Health insurance, and Reinsurance

- Developing learning offerings to further develop the proficiency of specific target groups (e. g. leaders, sales organization, client markets, product teams)
- Supporting post-merger integration of new offerings and teams
