About You:
Essential:
Successfully completed university degree in Business, Economics or Psychology
Excellent command of English, written and spoken
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Ability to think analytically and connect the dots with the bigger picture
Well-organised and structured approach to problem solving
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of organisational and culture change principles and methodology is a plus

Responsibilities

Activating and enabling cultural change across and beyond Reinsurance Solutions
Driving change and engagement initiatives with relevant communities and key stakeholders
Identifying and further developing the capabilities we need to be a trusted partner for our clients
Developing learning offerings to further develop the proficiency of specific target groups (e. g. leaders, sales organization, client markets, product teams)
Supporting post-merger integration of new offerings and teams
