What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience in sustainment or integrated product support, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or a PhD/JD with 4+ years of experience is required. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of education.
Is U.S. citizenship required for this role?

Is a security clearance necessary for this position?
Yes, candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance as needed.
What type of analysis experience is preferred for this role?
Experience with reliability, maintainability, availability analysis (RAM), logistics and sustainment analysis, simulating scenarios, and familiarity with methods like RCM, FMECA, FTA, and RCA is preferred.
Are there any preferred skills or certifications for applicants?
Yes, preferred skills include familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology, knowledge of DODI 5000.02 and JCIDS process, experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools, and at least one active professional certification related to reliability or quality engineering.
What modeling and analysis tools should a candidate be familiar with?
Candidates should have experience with tools such as ReliaSoft, Relyence, Ansys Medini, or other RAM type analysis tools.
Is experience with data analysis software beneficial for this position?
Yes, experience with data analysis software such as miniTab, R, SPSS, Python, Tableau, or Excel is beneficial.
