Responsibilities

  • Supports the research team (PI and research personnel) and ancillary departments; supports the research process; contributes to the patients’ overall research experience.
  • May screen, consent, and enroll subjects on research studies with low regulatory-, clinical-, and operational complexity.
  • Conducts surveys; abstracts or otherwise collects, documents, de-identifies, and enters data; compiles reports.
  • Collects, processes, and ships research specimens; assists with test article accountability.
  • Supports team and research leadership with various administrative duties (e.g. schedules patient visits, team meetings, filing, performs patient follow-up calls, prepares and manages research documents, assists with patient navigation, etc.).
