Responsibilities

  • Analyser et interpréter l'ensemble des données d’entrées (propositions, commandes, données d’entrée client).
  • Définir ou participer à une stratégie d’exécution de l’estimation et élaborer le plan d’estimation.
  • Préparer et organiser les revues de métrés établis par les disciplines.
  • Analyser et interpréter l’ensemble des documents provenant des services et permettant d’établir l’estimation.
  • Evaluer les coûts des fournitures (équipements principaux, matériels), des travaux et des services (études, supervision de construction, pre-commissioning).
  • Appliquer les processus de vérifications et participer aux revues de validations internes des estimations avec la Direction ou le Service Commercial.
  • Présenter les plans d’estimations et les estimations au client.
  • Analyser et comparer les offres des fournisseurs, des prestaires et des entreprises de construction.
  • Evaluer les coûts indirects (inflation, contingences d’estimations, provisions pour risques, …).
  • Détecter et proposer des pistes d’optimisations des coûts dans la limite des obligations contractuelles.
  • Etablir la fiche de prix et le rapport d’estimation.
  • Vérifier et comparer son estimation avec les benchmarks internes (indicateurs clés, retours d’expériences d’estimations réalisées sur d’autres projets).
  • Analyser, identifier et présenter les évolutions ou variations des coûts estimés.
  • Apporter les précisions ou clarifications nécessaires demandées par le client.
  • Participer au développement et à la mise à jour les bases de données internes du service estimation.
