Responsibilities

  • As a Retail Analyst within the Branded Channels Team, you will play an important role in ensuring that Analytics & Insight become the bedrock for decision making, using our data to drive faster and better decisions that will enable sustainable growth for Partner Channels.
  • You will collaborate with our Location Planning teams, global Analytics & Insights functions, and Channel Leads worldwide, delivering insights to support critical store network decisions. In this commercial role, you will analyse various data points related to store performance and provide the right information to the right people, when needed. This will empower them to focus on key performance levers that drive continuous improvements in our in-store commercial performance.
  • You will support the development, facilitation and successful implementation of the Store Location Planning Model, continuously improving our data integrity and solutions to ensure relevance and efficiency. This entails
  • Working with Retail Development Teams to analyse and interpret store performance data; highlight key trends and understand commercial implications
  • Provide insights that will inform store network decisions, e.g sales and profitability thresholds, identify key drivers of performance
  • Support Branded Channel Teams globally to make better informed data led decisions. e.g. trend analysis, performance measurement, campaign tracking
  • Manage defined set of performance dashboards, liaising with Analytics & Insight team to optimize relevant data sets
  • Supporting key business priorities such as Store Portfolio Segmentation, Trade Investments, and Store Estate Optimisations to drive strategic decision making across all branded channels
  • Developing reporting solutions and supporting the ingestion and sharing of key performance metrics to find opportunities and aid sales growth
  • Support the commercial strategy process and global branded channel alignment
