Responsibilities

  • Proporcionar a los clientes una experiencia increíble, respondiendo a sus consultas sobre tallas o estilos, compras o devoluciones.
  • Preparar la sala de ventas, reponer las estanterías, organizar los probadores y exponer las últimas tendencias, además de mantener el almacén ordenado y bien organizado.
  • Ofrecer una experiencia rápida, amable y eficiente en las cajas, gestionando consultas, anulaciones y devoluciones de los clientes.
  • Recibir, procesar y comprobar las nuevas entregas. Llevar los productos a la sala de ventas y asegurarte de que tienen el precio correcto, siempre garantizando que cumplimos nuestros elevados estándares.
