Responsibilities

  • Partnering with all F&B departments, this role will embody Chanel’s omnichannel strategy, with a key responsibility to protect and drive Brand Equity.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales across Scotland
  • Empower and educate the instore teams through coaching and support development of career paths
  • Responsible for recruitment of in-store teams
  • Regular reviews with team on KPIs, Sales vs LY, booked services, as well as the achievement of their overall targets in all three categories to enhance performance
  • Build strong professional relationships with Store Managers, Sales Managers, buyers, and key decision makers, to ensure optimum working partnerships in the development of the Chanel business
  • Create sales strategies and analyse data, whilst working towards sales targets by area and by door
  • Work closely across all head office departments & Sales Manager
