Responsibilities

  • Managing Field Team Supply Orders Ensures all Field Team supply orders are up-to-date and accurate. This includes shipping/tracking, updating contact information, and resolving any account issues
  • Coordinating with the Sales Team Works closely with the Field team, submitting retailer events monthly, following-up on approvals, and sharing feedback/key insights
  • Maintaining Event Sales Records Provides weekly Event recaps and Metrics to support the sales team. Regularly updates Event tracker and team performance
  • Supporting Field Department Pulls store insights weekly, tracking freelance spend and productivity, ensuring Field Team Survey is up to date.
  • Operational Data Entry Supports Retailor new sku setup and assortment management including sku changeovers and price increases
  • Order Analysis Supplies weekly order Analysis and tracking to key account managers. Supports sampling and FOC tracking
  • Additional tasks as assigned.
  • Ensures all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars
