We are currently recruiting for Risk Analysts to join the Risk team at Worldpay. These positions are based in Cincinnati, OH and aligned to the Worldpay University Program; a two-year program, suited to entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading payments company.

As a 2024 Worldpay University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development initiatives and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including bi-annual performance connects with your manager.   

This two-year full-time program has a start date of June 24, 2024 and as a university program participant you can look forward to the following:

The Worldpay Risk organization exists to enable responsible business growth and safeguard our company from excessive risk. We provide oversight, serve as a trusted advisor and deliver risk analytics support to our business and help reduce potential liabilities, protect our customers, maintain regulatory compliance, and safeguard the integrity of the financial system.

Within Worldpay, our risk organization stands as a pivotal pillar, empowering responsible business expansion while diligently shielding our enterprise from undue risk. We function as the backbone of oversight, the architects of trust, and the analytics powerhouse, guiding our business partners through the complexities of risk reduction, customer protection, regulatory adherence, and the preservation of global commerce and money movement.   • What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, or relevant field of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Bonus If You Have:
  • Academic Class in Project Management/ Human Resources

Area of Responsibilities



  • Spend six months at a time in four rotations across the Risk, Legal and Compliance organizations
  • Manage special projects in each rotation that address business needs
  • Utilize and expand upon your leadership skills while working directly with internal stakeholders, line of business, enterprise risk management and risk partners, helping you to expand and hone your existing leadership skills
  • Develop an extensive network across the business, allowing you to understand the daily responsibilities for different functions across Worldpay and how they all collaborate to win as one team
  • You will improve your soft and technical skills, setting you up for an accelerated path to leadership and internal growth at Worldpay
