   Key Responsibilities

     Supporting the Senior Risk Analyst in building and facilitating key ERM processes.
   </div></li>

     Producing high-quality management information and reporting.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Engaging with the wider team and key stakeholders as appropriate.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Delivering and contributing to other risk-related tasks and projects across Howden.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Supporting key stakeholders to understand their risk-related responsibilities.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Promoting an effective risk culture across Howden’s UK Broking businesses.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Engaging with key stakeholders to achieve buy-in for ERM Team goals and activities.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Supporting the delivery of the risk strategy for Howden’s UK Broking businesses.
   </div></li>

     Facilitating the risk appetite process and supporting risk appetite mechanisms.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Planning and facilitating the annual risk assessment cycle.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Facilitating the risk event process, including root cause analysis and reporting key exposures.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Managing and facilitating the action management framework.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Facilitating policy governance and supporting key policy reviews.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Managing and facilitating the exceptions and waivers process.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
     Supporting adequacy of resources assessments and stakeholder communications.
   </div></li>

     Developing and embedding the emerging risk assessment process.
   </div></li>

   <div>
     Supporting the roll-out and use of the ERM System and other tools.
   </div></li>

   <div>
     Supporting the production of training materials and stakeholder training.
