What are the working hours for this position?
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, with a shift pattern reflecting a reduction to a 37-hour work week starting from April 1, 2024.
Is there a possibility of temporary extended hours?
Yes, until the service area implements the new reduced working week, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for which you will be compensated.
What qualifications are required for this role?
You should have a qualification (HNC/HND) in business administration or a relevant subject, or significant experience in a similar role if you do not possess formal qualifications.
Is experience within the NHS necessary?
Yes, experience working within the NHS or a similar organization is required, along with a wide knowledge of the workings of the National Health Service.
Who will I be liaising with in this role?
In this role, you will liaise with all members of the clinical team and the Clinical Service Manager regarding the production and maintenance of the Monthly Medical staff on-call Rotas.
