What is the location of the Rotational Physiotherapist position?
The position is located at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

The clinical areas include Respiratory, Paediatrics, Burns, HIV/Oncology, Orthopaedics, Medical Rehabilitation, ED and Acute Medicine, and Neurology.
How long are the rotations for this position?
The rotations are six months in length.
Is prior experience required for applicants?
Yes, prior experience in a variety of acute, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings is required, along with experience working as an autonomous practitioner.
Is experience in respiratory physiotherapy necessary?
Yes, previous experience in respiratory physiotherapy, including working in a critical care setting, is essential for this role.
What responsibilities will the post holder have?
The post holder will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management for their own designated caseload of patients, maintain up-to-date physiotherapy records, and lead on specific projects and service developments as delegated.
Will the post holder be responsible for supervising others?
Yes, the post holder is expected to provide supervision, teaching, and support to more junior staff, therapy assistants, and students on placement.
Is participation in the weekend rota required?
Yes, the post holder is expected to actively participate in the 5 in 7 weekend rota and respiratory on-call rota.
