  • 6+ months experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
  • Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
  • Advanced customer service and sales skills.
  • Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
  • Good communications skills in English.

  • Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
  • Work collaboratively and drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service.
  • Motivate, inspire and, coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals. 
  • Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying it on the shop floor.
  • Create and drive a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
