Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Seefracht Import
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Zollabfertigung oder Bereitschaft sich mit unserer Unterstützung in das Thema einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
  • Geübter Umgang mit MS-Office, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamplayer mit einer hohen Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung

Responsibilities

  • Disposition und Abfertigung von LCL Sendungen und Sammelcontainern in direkter Abstimmung mit den Kolleg:innen aus dem Customer Service
  • Importverzollung im ATLAS und NCTS Verfahren
  • Kommunikation mit Reedereien für die Freistellung von Sammelcontainern und Verfügung der Importsendungen
  • Organisation der Sendungsabnahmen an den Empfangshäfen
  • Nachlaufdisposition sowie Dokumentation mit Transportunternehmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Kreditlimit-Richtlinien sowie der Datenqualität
  • Analyse und Sicherstellung effektiver und wirtschaftlicher Abwicklung der Transporte
