Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Minneapolis/St Paul Apt is looking for a new Air Logistics Customer Care Manager to join our Air Logistics team.Your RoleThe Air Logistics Customer Care Manager’s main responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by implementing and managing the Customer Care strategy on a location level as well as continuously optimizing the customer service procedures, developing team members; collaborating and alignment with the HUB teams; and measuring established and agreed goals/targets/KPIs. You will manage national air logistics operations, overseeing direct reports, coordinating with stakeholders and customers, analyzing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in performance and profitability.

<p>As the manager of the national Business Unit Air logistics= Operation, you are responsible for achieving P&amp;L targets related to profitability, conversion rate, Opex, and productivity. You collaborate with global teams to ensure regional adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines. Additionally, you oversee local operations to ensure compliance with local regulations, including Dangerous Goods, Security, and Customs. Your role also involves driving operational process improvements and business transformation.
