Do we support remote work?
Yes, this position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home.
What are the working hours for this position?
The working hours are 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts between 8 am to 7 pm (Monday to Friday) and 8:30 am to 5 pm (Saturday and Sunday).
Is there a commission structure in place?
Yes, you will earn a competitive salary plus an uncapped monthly commission based on your sales performance.
What kind of training is provided?
A comprehensive 2-week training program is included, along with access to an interactive learning platform.
What equipment will I need to provide?
Wayfair will provide all necessary computer equipment; however, you will need to maintain a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection with a minimum speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
Is prior sales experience required for this position?
Yes, proven sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment, is required.
