Responsibilities

  • Run all required weekly/monthly reports (including, but not limited to; Sales Reports, availability reports, Accounts lists, etc.).
  • Assist with problem-solving technology issues for the office and contact off-site support if needed, work with the Corporate I.T. “Help Desk” team.
  • Maintain Delphi System hygiene.
  • Run all month end reports associated with Corporate Month End Packet and complete the month end spreadsheet.
  • Write/run Delphi reports associated with Sales and Catering needs and/or mailings.
  • Generate ad hoc sales reports from Salesforce and BI to support team sales strategy and business objectives.
  • Provide sales support for Director of Sales and Sales Managers, primarily focused on group, meeting, corporate and production business.
  • Facilitate incoming group leads, handle client requests and communicate customer needs.
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
