Responsibilities

  • Du steuerst und entwickelst unsere Benefit-Counter/Verkaufspunkte im Raum Norddeutschland (u.a . Hamburg, Bremen, Oldenburg) und übernimmst dabei die Personalführung für Dein Team
  • Du optimierst den Sell-out, stellst Warenversorgung & -präsentation sicher und organisierst Aktionen nach enger Absprache mit den Filialen.
  • Du begeisterst, motivierst und trainierst die Verkaufsteams der Retailer, inkl. Brow Services.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für die Retailer vor Ort, stellst Neuheiten vor und repräsentierst die Marke.
  • Du reportest deine Ergebnisse an das Headoffice in Düsseldorf.
