Job responsibilities
So begeisterst Du uns:
Du steuerst und entwickelst unsere Benefit-Counter/Verkaufspunkte im Raum Norddeutschland (u.a . Hamburg, Bremen, Oldenburg) und übernimmst dabei die Personalführung für Dein Team
Du optimierst den Sell-out, stellst Warenversorgung & -präsentation sicher und organisierst Aktionen nach enger Absprache mit den Filialen.
Du begeisterst, motivierst und trainierst die Verkaufsteams der Retailer, inkl. Brow Services.
Du bist Ansprechperson für die Retailer vor Ort, stellst Neuheiten vor und repräsentierst die Marke.
Du reportest deine Ergebnisse an das Headoffice in Düsseldorf.
Du bist Repräsentant:in unserer Marke und für die Weiterentwicklung in Deutschland verantwortlich.
Profile
Damit zauberst Du uns ein Lächeln ins Gesicht:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einzelhandel – idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Führungserfahrung im Kosmetikbereich sammeln können
Spaß an der Begleitung, Motivation und Training eines Teams
Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis
Proaktive, verantwortungsvolle und humorvolle Persönlichkeit, die Dinge mit Hands-on Mentalität selber ins Rollen bringt
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
Hohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft und einen Führerschein der Klasse B

Profile
BUSCAMOS TALENTOS CON:
Formación en Estética/Maquillaje/Imagen Personal.
