Requirements

  • Proven experience of relevant work or internship
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You are thick skinned and not afraid or demotivated by rejection or objections
  • Desire to cold call and build new relationships on phone, email and over video call
  • Having an eye for detail and an organized approach to your work and time management

Responsibilities

  • As our Sales Development Representative you’ll own the beginning of the sales cycle and will partner with the GWI sales team to help drive new business. You will be the first experience and point of contact for potential new customers at GWI so you will need to be organized and tenacious in pursuing opportunities and leads.
  • It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

  • 👉Preliminary phone screen with the Talent Team
  • 👉First interview with the hiring managers
  • 👉Second (and final*) interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a Values Conversation with members of the wider GWI community.
