  • Create minimally customized project plan incorporating existing processes to ensure all milestones are achieved and prevent missing key deliverables
  • Provide input and recommendations on implementation strategy through client meetings (Brokers, Client Groups, and/or HR) to ensure a successful onboarding
  • Assists with development of minimally customized collateral used to educate client/broker on the enrollment through billing process
  • Post enrollment period, responsible for the identification and implementation of process improvements such as: modernizing client collateral and artifacts, optimization of internal enrollment processes, creation of improved performance measures, etc
