Responsibilities

  • In your shopping centre store you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way! You will be fully accountable for the your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win! In our shopping centre store, our goal is to lead a team that embodies a customer-obsessed culture. We'll work together to craft an authentic shopping experience that empowers our customers to express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion. Will foster a team environment where we support each other, celebrate our successes, and continuously strive to deliver outstanding results—all while having fun and creating memorable moments for our customers along the way!
