Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing
  • - To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets
  • - Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved
  • - Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution
  • - Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales
  • - Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
  • - Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required
  • - In Advanced Solutions, the SOE books customer orders and does not perform quoting (this is done by the Internal Sales Specialist)
