Responsibilities

  • Designing and creating innovative training solutions, incorporating new methods, media, and technologies to meet evolving role requirements.
  • Operating and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) expertise to serve as a management advisor, analysing Trident Systems and producing comprehensive reports.
  • Reviewing and integrating suitable media into US-supplied courseware, manage documentation quality, and ensure compliance with Defence training guidelines.
  • Overseeing the training pipeline, endorsing Training Authority Documents, conducting Training Design Reviews, and aligning with the System Training and Professionalisation Evaluation Strategy.
  • Assisting in tracking the Trident System Training Documentation for endorsement.
  • Advocating for support innovations that enhance the quality and efficiency of System Training, ensuring continuous improvement, assurance, and governance.
  • Taking a Defence Systems Approach to Training, aligning with MOD guidelines.
