  • 6+ months of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Securities Operations experience and performance reporting equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of both.
  • PG - MBA in Finance, Investment and Capital Market and professional certificate is preferred like CIPM, CFA, FRM but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • - Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • - Produce Client Performance Reports - this includes validating/correcting the underlying performance data by working daily reports and reviewing outlier accounts
  • - Generate APL Performance Report - this includes validating/correcting the underlying performance data by working daily reports and reviewing outlier accounts
  • - Hypothetical Errors - this calculates the hypothetical value of an account, as if no error had occurred and the difference between the hypo value and actual is the harm/benefit
  • - Account Valuation Reports - processing reports showing the value of the account and underlying positions as a historical date, typically the date of death
  • - Data Download - processing requests to send client account data to a third party
  • - Generate Institutional Performance Reports - this includes validating/correcting the underlying performance data by comparing it to the custodial statement
