Responsibilities

  • Identify and deploy cloud security measures in AWS and perform vulnerability assessment and risk management.
  • Collaborate with IT Cyber Security and IT Security Compliance teams to support security, audit and compliance relating to the SaaS applications (annual SOC2/ISO27001 audits, penetration/vulnerability testing, incident management response exercises).
  • Provision and configure new AWS accounts.
  • Develop, execute, and track the performance of security measures in the SaaS cloud environment to protect information, cloud infrastructure and systems.
  • Build security measures into the SaaS cloud infrastructure and automate tasks wherever possible with IaC (infrastructure-as-Code).
  • Remain current on cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques in order to design solutions that will secure the cloud infrastructure. Work with Cyber Security team to help manage SEIM systems that monitors the AWS estate.
  • Assist with system troubleshooting, incidence management and root cause analysis around security related events.
  • Document security solutions deployed in the cloud infrastructure as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (software development, software marketing, strategic services, quality assurance IT operations and tech support teams) to develop fit-for-purpose security solutions.
  • Up to 10% travel required.
