Responsibilities

  • Support preparation activities for the RCM Assessment process.
  • Execute quality assurance activities to ensure data completeness and ensure the documentation of rationale.
  • Update key documents including the RCM Assessment Standard, RCM Assessment Operating Procedures, Job Aids, and maintenance of the RCM Assessment SharePoint site.
  • Act as a first point of contact to help address and resolve questions related to the process. This includes providing training, co-leading office hour calls, and monitoring the group mailbox.
  • Support the preparation of Compliance Senior Executive Team (CSET) deck material.
  • Work with the Compliance Strategic Insights Team to support reporting on the Chief Compliance Officer Opinion.
  • Support the closure of Audit findings and Regulatory findings to help prepare, gather evidence, and provide commentary.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and participate in regulatory initiatives, special projects, or other activities as assigned.
