What is the work arrangement for this position if I reside in Houston?
If you reside in Houston, this will be a hybrid role: In-Office Monday to Wednesday and work from home on Thursday and Friday.

If you do not reside in Houston, this will be a remote role.
Who will I report to in this role?
You will report to the Sr. Director, Executive Compensation.
What types of tasks will I be responsible for in this role?
You will assist with preparing materials for board meetings, support Executive Compensation programs with data analytics, draft executive compensation tables for the proxy statement, and help maintain compliance with regulations, among other responsibilities.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of Executive Compensation and/or Equity benefit programs are required, as well as expert-level skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Are there specific skills I should possess for this role?
Yes, you should have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, good communication skills, and familiarity with SOX controls and compliance.
Is prior experience in accounting or payroll necessary for this position?
Familiarity with general accounting and payroll practices is required for this position.
Will I need to collaborate with other departments?
Yes, you will collaborate and partner across various departments including Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, and HR.
What is the focus of the Executive Compensation programs I will be supporting?
The focus will be on ensuring flawless process execution that meets the business and human resources objectives of the Company, particularly in equity and executive compensation programs.
