  • Must Have:

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis effort on multiple initiatives impacting the CGID application.
  • Drive requirements discovery and elicitation from Finance and Risk stakeholders from backlog of internal and external requests.
  • Plan and Lead requirement discussions, capturing data and business rules requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and IT team members (incl. Developers, Architects, PM, QE’s, BA’s) to build consensus and drive towards delivery of the right solution.
  • Analyse, translate and document Finance requirements into business and functional specifications for IT Development team.
  • Identify relevant upstream and downstream dependencies and follow up with stakeholders for input or sign-offs on a timely basis.
  • Develop effort estimates for analysis and requirements activities including BRD preparation and Functional Interface specifications.
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders across multiple projects and functions, including Risk Capital and Regulatory Reporting teams, Finance Shared Services and Controller teams, and source data providers and consumer IT teams.
  • Provide hands-on support during various cycles of testing including Functional Testing, Quality Assurance, Systems Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Contribute to process re-engineering and process improvement as required.
