Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative recommendations and integration/application design input to prospects and customers.
  • Document initial system design and application requirements during the pre-sales process.
  • Prepare and validate "Return on Investment" analyses for each project pre-sales and post-implementation.
  • Participate in joint sales calls with Honeywell PSS sales team members to provide operational and technical support.
  • Assist in training partners to enhance their ability to sell, implement, and support Honeywell Software solutions.
  • Engage with various customer representatives, including executives, senior operations management, IT representatives, warehouse operations management, and end-users throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Provide internal Product Development teams with customer feedback to improve existing products and develop future products.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
