  • Provide training to clients on software usage and data interpretation.
  • Escalate client concerns and recommend improvements to maintain high standards of service.
  • Produce insightful analyses and deliver actionable recommendations based on data interpretation.
  • Design and execute client briefs, adding value through interpretation and category insights.
  • Provide junior members coaching and feedback, acting as a role model and mentoring where appropriate.
