Responsibilities

  • - Develop your understanding of quality drivers
  • - Work closely with clinical teams to support the delivery of high-quality care and positive patient and staff experience
  • - Provide local clinical leadership for the multi-disciplinary team working across the Division
  • - Further develop quality expertise and lead key projects and pieces of work by developing strong relationships and networks across the Division
  • - Work collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary team, other health and social care practitioners and the nursing staff, to provide the best care and quality outcomes for patients and service users, in-keeping with national guidelines
  • - Demonstrate strong clinical skills and experience working in and understanding Community services
