Responsibilities

  • Provide compensation analysis and support for Compensation and HR colleagues across all Wellington business areas and locations.
  • Primary duties include reporting and analyzing compensation data (including partner/executive compensation), undertaking market data analysis, offer review, transfer review, and compensation cycle support.
  • Advise on compensation levels for new hire offers by conducting thorough analyses to ensure they are both competitive and fair.
  • Participate in firm-wide compensation competitive analysis. Activities include participating in third party surveys, undertaking analysis, interpretation and reporting of external and internal benchmarking.
  • Provide support for the mid-year and year-end compensation review processes.
  • Provide support for other compensation related projects including regulatory projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations through detailed compensation analysis and reporting.
  • Create and maintain compensation tools, resources, and frameworks.
  • Performs other duties as needed in support of department goals.
