  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Portfolio of marketing materials such as web page content, e-books, blog posts, case studies, slide decks, infographics, emails, etc.
  • Outstanding project management and storytelling skills.
  • Experience using analytics to identify the impact and effectiveness of content programs.
  • Experience in Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Contentful, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Work experience in Canada or experience supporting a Canadian market.
  • An ideal candidate also has:
  • Experience writing for a B2B audience.
  • Experience with SEO and keyword research.

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of content marketing in Canada, owning our content strategy end-to-end as you collaborate with global content marketing, customer marketing, communications, integrated marketing, and sales to drive brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Write high-quality, thought-provoking content in formats that engage our audiences including: case studies, e-books, blog posts, webinars, email copy, and SEO articles.
  • Define and track key metrics for content marketing success; regularly evaluate content performance regarding views, keyword rankings, conversions, etc.
  • Own the thought leadership sections of Samsara’s Canadian website, ensuring we are taking a customer-centric approach that demonstrates our position as an industry leader.
  • Research and test new content formats and channels to increase brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
