Responsibilities

  • Assist the head of Trading Legal to support the functions of Trading Legal.
  • Draft, negotiate and execute derivative documentation and other ancillary documents for new and existing RBC BlueBay funds / segregated accounts.
  • Practice management and tracking of matters.
  • Take lead in weekly calls with transition team.
  • Provide support to junior member of the Trading Legal team.
  • Record-keeping and service owner assistance.
  • Assist in the communication and / or legal support within the firm, across teams, clients and counterparties.
  • Get involved in major projects (Trading Legal and regulatory).
