  • Educated to degree or post-graduate level, in numerate subject, OR able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through proven experience
  • Consistent track record in crafting, owning and implementing analytical roadmaps and ability to unlock value from data science initiatives
  • Passionate about putting the customer first, a positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach and being a great team player
  • Agile mindset, including experience in working with agile teams and related processes; and enjoys collaborating with others to deliver brilliant, high-impact work.

Responsibilities

  • Our Customer Science team uses data to understand customers so we can be more relevant and take better actions. We are award-winning, and passionate about driving better customer & commercial outcomes.
  • This role will lead one of our ‘Go To Market’ squads, reporting to Head of Customer Analytics, and be focussed on bringing the best of customer insights and data science to help launch innovative customer-facing propositions across a breadth of products. They will partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders to shape and deliver against a value prioritised roadmap.
