Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and data interpretation, good hands-on SQL knowledge (ClickHouse is a plus), experience in BI Tools, e.g. Tableau (preferred), Power BI, Looker etc. Python is a plus.
  • Understanding of dashboard design and data visualisation principles
  • Business requirements analysis and management skills; relevant experience in the banking sector is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, communication with groups of SMEs, making decisions in a group setting
  • Experience in data modelling, logical and physical data models, protocol formats; experience in modelling tools e.g. Legend, Power Designer is a plus
  • Knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, ELT/ELT, data quality controls
  • Fluent written and spoken English – you will communicate a lot on your job as part of a global team

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and product owner to define MIS solution roadmap and requirements
  • Design, build and maintain MIS dashboards and data feeds; consolidate multiple datasets into datamarts and metrics for the business users and the clients of the bank
  • Define and maintain org-level central data model for TF&L business, evolve it to support project goals but keep it consistent for the future
  • Partner with data engineering teams to align the data platform technical roadmap with MIS requirements
  • Support audit, regulatory requests and management teams with data investigations, deep dives and ad-hoc analysis
