  • drive improvements in forecasting and replenishment methodology by leveraging machine learning, automation, and industry best practices
  • collaborate daily with various cross-functional teams (marketing, buying, category, IBP, and supply chain) to resolve operational issues and deliver on complex and large projects
  • formulate and execute key results and initiatives to improve output quality and consistency, unlock scale, and drive automation in line with organisational objectives and goals
  • report and track established KPIs, driving the execution of action plans to improve performance
  • coach and provide feedback to team members
  • develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
