  • Drive the delivery of the design programme, working closely with Project Managers, Team Leads and designers.
  • Ensuring adherence to the Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015.

  • Review of designs to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet current standards, ensuring that liability is not a risk to the business
  • Develop and manage strategic links and relationships with customers and other key stakeholders involved in the projects to fully understand their requirements & resolve issues and problems in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring a right first-time approach is achieved across all aspects of planning and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
