Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic compensation consultation and data driven, innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders in corporate and across the company to build strong relationships and to provide thought leadership and advisement on compensation/total rewards strategies and competitive trends.
  • Establish a strategic roadmap to guide the advancement of the function and key business objectives.
  • Lead strategic compensation projects and participate in cross-functional / cross-division project teams.
  • Enhance communication, training and processes associated with total reward programs. Implement best practices and expand organizational knowledge and capabilities.
  • Develop and present comprehensive analytics and summaries for executive discussion/approval reviews.
  • Lead the administration of annual division benchmarking and recommend get-well actions and/or other proactive measures.
  • Ensure legal compliance with relevant federal, state and local regulations; proactively research legislative and market trends to formulate appropriate responses and ensure organizational readiness. Ensure timely and accurate responses to internal and external audits, including DCAA.
