Responsibilities

  • Carry out and organize maintenance activities for the facilities equipment such as but not limited to AHUs, LPHW systems, CHW systems, DI water system, ensuring documentation is improved where necessary and is always in an audit ready state.
  • Support and maintain the access control system.
  • Ensure that site safety electrical requirements are met e.g. PAT testing/Thermal imaging/RCD testing.
  • Support line moves particularly in relation to electrical requirements and contractor support.
  • Provide electrical troubleshooting assistance where required, particularly in machine breakdown situations.
  • Provide backup support for site DI water systems including maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Carry out electrical works if required.
  • Carry out projects on all stages from initiation to closure.
