Responsibilities

  • Recognized CEM business manager with management contacts in EMS industry and other key vendors.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to guide decisions, are a highly collaborative and has technical experience operating within a global supply chain and extensive experience operating in Asia as well as North America.
  • Develop initiatives to successfully transform supply chain operations and lead EMS engagements including value add to other operations and engineering teams.
  • Embraces clear and direct communication and feedback, in the spirit of ongoing CEM business management.
  • Performance-focused and can work and lead effectively across organizational boundaries with successfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
  • Manage the performance of CEM partners with cross functional organization using well balanced scorecard within Supply Chain Operations to achieve the company priorities and goals.
  • Identify strategic business leverage and leads CEM cost negotiations, quote management, and benchmarking activities that align product costs to targets, manage transformation spend, negotiate NRE, and reduce liabilities using visibility tools for Finance, Engineering, and Business Units.
  • Drive innovation across functions to make reliable and agile supply chains that support aggressive SOL (Speed of Light) project schedules.
  • Concentrated effort during NPI to achieve industry-leading time-to-market targets by establishing supplier selection criteria, and alternative suppliers, qualifying new suppliers, running the RFQ process, and driving supplier selection in partnership with Engineering.
