  • Preparation of requirements analyses for the adaptation of our software modules to customer needs
  • Planning and implementation of data imports and software interfaces in close cooperation with our in-house technicians
  • Planning, implementation and follow-up of user trainings and workshops
  • Project management from scenario definition to implementation and documentation
  • Contributing to special in-house projects
