Requirements

5+ Years of Learning and Development and or program management experience.
Knowledge of how to design and develop effective learning experiences, understanding principles of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive learning content across various formats such as presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and simulations.
Experience conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps and define learning objectives aligned with organizational goals.
Experience delivering training sessions in-person or virtually, engaging participants and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Ability to influence and network effectively, establish credibility quickly, and build strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and key client partners.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Commitment to evaluating the impact of learning interventions and continuously improving programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Designing and delivering onboarding programs that immerse new employees into the Snyk culture, and equip them with the tools they need to excel and hit the ground running.
Leading the content development and delivery of people manager development programs, empowering our leaders to effectively guide themselves and their teams to success.
Creating content materials at a high production level, leveraging tools like Articulate to develop engaging online learning experiences.
Remaining up-to-date on the latest learning technologies and trends in leadership development and full organizational development.
Collaborating with other members of the Learning and Growth team to create a learning culture at Snyk that supports leadership development and full organizational development.
Connecting with our diverse audience to foster effective and engaging learning experiences that resonate with employees at all levels.
