Responsibilities

  • As our Senior Legal Counsel, you'll focus on corporate legal matters but take on a variety of other work such as employment, compliance, marketing, and risk.
  • You will report directly to our General Counsel and line manage a team of two.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our share schemes, managing our group entities, assisting with funding rounds and supporting with M&A (as and when needed).
  • You'll also be supporting our People team on employment-related matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, policies and legal compliance.
  • In addition, you will handle risk and compliance matters such as anti-bribery, sanctions and modern slavery, as well managing enterprise risk and supporting our ESG initiatives.
