  • You will provide pragmatic and timely legal advice to the Chief People Officer and their team on a wide range of employment matters.
  • Responsibilities include managing litigation and pre-litigation disputes, conducting investigations, developing, and reviewing employment contracts and policies, staying updated on employment law changes, and delivering training.
  • The role also involves supporting global functions on employment law issues, assisting with corporate initiatives and strategic projects, and working closely with the General Counsel, Senior Management, external law firms, and employees at all levels.
