Responsibilities

  • Support region team in the execution of globally relevant event properties.
  • Develop necessary guidelines and tools, in collaboration with programming and booking counterparts, to facilitate on-strategy executions of Titled Events within the territory.
  • Tap into your previously developed network to help execute events, staying on the pulse of your vendor network from fabricators to sound.
  • Drive process to define and evaluate what success is across all Titled Big Moments through facilitation of project kick-off, postmortem, and recap exercises.
  • Be the branding expert across the events network, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Red Bull brand is communicated consistently and appropriately.
  • Lead cross-departmental alignment with On-Premise sales to ensure clear ways of working across the entire events network.
  • Bring the can front in center through authentic and credible integrations in all that we do.
  • Manage external network of production and creative partners to ensure highest quality executions across our events network, including leading RFP and RFI process, and vendor performance reviews.
  • Inspire creativity within project management systems across events network, communicating recommendations for change to the Director, Culture Events and Booking.
  • Share best practices & learnings from titled event executions with the goals of driving efficiencies and inspiring innovation.
  • Serve as a ticketing expert, supporting a cross-functional team of stakeholders to ensure the events network maximizes opportunities for data analysis and incremental revenue.
  • Support the Communications team to achieve optimal media outcome.
  • Establish trust & accountability for the culture program at all levels of the organization by building strong cross-functional relationships and ways of working.
  • Lead the Region Culture Event Managers, consistently providing feedback to up-level overall event executions, and individual skill sets.
  • Execute appropriate trainings in coordination with Director, Culture Events & Booking, to continually up level skillset of the Culture teams.
