Responsibilities

  • - Serve as the primary point of contact between global HR teams and local operations.
  • - Partner with business leaders for man-power planning & talent needs identification in line with functional goals.
  • - Build the team for Global procurement desk working out of India, by partnering with the Talent Acquisition function.
  • - Collaborate with agencies and universities to set up effective recruitment strategies; attract, recruit and retains talents.
  • - Develop and implement strategic initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns for Danone in India.
  • - Coordinate with Global and local HR teams to design and implement effective Talent Management and Capability building strategies and interventions.
  • - Ensure the provision of proper HR services, including contracts, payroll, and integration with IT systems, compliant with local legislation.
  • - Ensure implementation of relevant HR Policies.
  • - Drive Employee Engagement practices including Engagement Surveys and Employee Connects.
  • - Advise global HR teams on local HR practices and regulations.
  • - Advise on organization design and offer solutions to mitigate tax risks in collaboration with the Finance team.
