Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor and air-traffic-controller, optimizing the VP's time and engagement with key stakeholders for maximum effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, adept at tackling complex issues with out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Assist and influence senior leadership in making business decisions.
  • Work closely with leadership across the organization to drive the cadence and execution of organizational priorities, including: Manage long-range and annual planning cadence which operationalizes our strategy into actionable programs and initiatives.
  • Lead the business cadence for the AADA PXT team including running and improving mechanisms to set, manage and track goals, and ensure accountability for results.
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop and maintain mechanisms and processes to increase operational efficiency.
  • Partner with other key stakeholders, project/products managers for key initiatives, driving the strategic vision and project execution forward.
  • Create mechanisms to connect and align goals across all AADA PXT leaders and with our internal partners, PXT CoEs and business stakeholders.
  • Develop agenda, content, and drive key organizational forums including staff meetings, leadership offsites and operational reviews.
  • Drive special projects with operational/business/technical partners.
  • Partner with the Program Managers across AADA PXT to ensure close alignment on strategic priorities.
